Gray Coast Originals Terms of Service
By placing an order with Gray Coast Originals, you agree to the order details, pricing, artwork approvals, production terms, and policies presented to you during the ordering process.
Custom Orders & Approvals
Custom merchandise is produced based on customer-provided information and approved artwork. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, numbers, logos, colors, quantities, sizes, product selections, and other details before approval. Production may begin after approval, at which point changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Artwork & Customer-Provided Content
By providing a logo, image, name, design, trademark, or other content for use on merchandise, you represent that you have permission or sufficient rights to use that content for the requested purpose. Gray Coast Originals may decline work that we reasonably believe infringes another party’s rights or is otherwise inappropriate to produce.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information available when provided and may change if quantities, products, artwork requirements, personalization, shipping needs, or project specifications change before the order is finalized.
Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but supplier availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect timing.
Returns & Problems With an Order
Custom and made-to-order merchandise is subject to our Refund Policy. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact hello@graycoastoriginals.com so we can review the issue.
